The impact of economic reforms in the 1990s on Indian market has been unprecedented. The role of HR professionals needs a shift from technical to tactical and legitimate to strategic. HR managers must have a strong interpersonal focus and develop creativity, originality and adaptability in a learning culture that demands disciplined thinking and encourages curiosity. This programme works with students to generate an in-depth, high-level, critical and practical experience of the management of human resources.

The band of HR managers must understand and know how to add value to business. In this backdrop, the programme focuses on the development of knowledge, skill and attitude to enable the students to meet the requirements of the modern organization as HR professionals.


MHRM Programme has endeavored to fill the void created by traditional pattern of management education in India. It realises the need to relate class room theory to professional skills. The MHRM attempts to develop managers of today and tomorrow who have the academic background, managerial skills and initiative to anticipate and solve the complicated business problems in domestic and international market.
