A Master of Arts with a specialization in History (MA History)is introduced by the CharutarVidyaMandal University. MA History is the study of the past and the current interpretations of the past. This courseis for the students who plan to pursue a career and study Indian history and World history.
During the complete programme a student studies various subjects, including:Ancient India, Medieval India, Modern India, World History, History of Gujarat, Historiography, Economic and Constitutional History of India, Indian government and politics, Literature, History of East Asia, history of Maratha, History of Imperialism and Indian Foreign Policy etc.
Master of Arts in History is a postgraduate degree of 2 years (4 Semesters) in the field of arts & humanities.
