Stories shape the world, and I have dedicated the past 18 years to exploring, teaching, and researching the ways in which language and literature influence culture, identity, and thought. As a faculty member in English Language and Literature, my academic specialization includes literary theory and criticism, linguistics, and cultural studies, with a strong interdisciplinary approach.

My research interests encompass a diverse range of areas, including postcolonial studies, comparative literature, Middle Eastern and African literature, American literature, Indian Writing in English, cinematic adaptations of fiction, contemporary literary theories, and English Language Teaching (ELT).

I currently supervise six PhD research scholars. Of these, two have successfully submitted their theses, and two others are on the verge of submission. My role as a research guide is driven by a commitment to nurturing academic rigor and critical inquiry in emerging scholars.

I am equally passionate about innovative pedagogy, and I actively integrate technology into teaching methodologies to create interactive and student-centered learning environments. I engage with contemporary academic frameworks such as the New Education Policy (NEP), Outcome-Based Education (OBE), and Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) to enrich curricular and instructional design. My current academic interests also include the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, especially in the areas of student assessment, adaptive learning, and instructional personalization.

Dr. Archana R. Bansod is an accomplished academic and administrator currently serving as the Assistant Professor and In-Charge Principal (I/C) at the Centre for Studies and Research on Life and Works of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel (CERLIP), a constituent college of CVM University in Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat. She holds an M.A. and Ph.D. in History and has qualified for both the UGC NET and SET examinations.

Dr. Bansod's scholarly work focuses on the historical contributions of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, particularly his constructive activities between 1915 and 1950, and his unique approach to development in various fields, with a special emphasis on the Charotar region. She is also a recognized Ph.D. supervisor in the field of History at CVM University.

In addition to her academic roles, Dr. Bansod contributes to the academic community as a member of the editorial board for Young India Publication.
